Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, this would be your order code.

To start a return, you can contact us at asterswrld@gmail.com. If your item hasn’t been dispatched and you would like to cancel the item simply contact us to request a cancellation. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be acceptable. Once we have been able to see the issues with your product we will provide further information. Please note if the product is being returned for a reason that does not coincide with our return policy you will have to pay the postage costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, this includes for example booster packs. If you ordered a booster box and have opened the product we cannot accept a return due to the valuation of the box decreasing for opening and methods being possible to certain individuals to tamper with opened products such as this. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Item sent to wrong address 

We post out our orders based off whatever information we are provided. If you provide us with the wrong information and your item has been sent out we are not responsible for a refund. However in most cases the item will be declined due to no one under the name living at the address the order arrives at. When the item returns to us we will immediately begin the refund process. If you wish for item upon it returning to us you will be responsible for payment of the shipping costs. We do not accept liability for any supplementary costs incurred by customers caused by damaged or faulty goods or delayed, lost, using a third party address or misrouted orders.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Preorder items are non refundable but can be exchanged for store credit. We reserve the right to cancel any and all orders using discount codes not permitted to the buyer
