Shipping policy

We care about your orders. All products are handled with care and packaged in a manner to ensure your items show up in the condition we packaged them. All products are sent in bubble mailers, boxes with paper or bubble wrap sealing to ensure all products are safe and secure.

Please allow for 2/3 working days for us to post your items out. In some cases on substantial orders we may invoice you for postage fees however, this is highly unlikely in most cases. If unsure about this feel free to send us a message. Our shipments are sent in all cases through Royal Mail. If your order is over £20 we offer a free shipping option which is 48 hour. Otherwise the prices will be in line with Royal Mail prices. In some cases we are paying a portion of the postage so we have assigned prices which are fair to the buyer if they do not meet the £20 free shipping limit. We will always provide tracking information but please be aware if your purchase is for a non-tracked/non-signature selected postal option that we provide we will scan your barcode but it provides no form of tracking. This is simply to ensure you know your items postage has been paid for and posted. This will typically occur with lower cost Yu-Gi-Oh! Single cards or any 24hr postage, we upgrade this to a tracked service on first time buyers for free. ‘Swift Delivery means next day shipping will be applied to your order and in the case of preorders it will be the first shipments focused on when we are allowed to ship them. All orders Under £20 are sent through Royal Mail Signed For 1st/2nd class postage for a cost of £3 for 2nd class and £4 for 1st class. We also offer a swift delivery option for £15. Any first time buyer will have their order upgraded to 1st class signed for to provide a tracking number as 24hr postage does not include this!

For international orders please purchase postage to protect yourself as a buyer, we use the postage paid and accept no responsibility once the item has left the United Kingdom. We will always declare full value of goods and mark it as a sale, please be aware of customs charges in your country as you may have to pay one upon arrival. If you use a third party address to ship your goods outside of the UK we require confirmation this info is correct in writing
